Vintage and antique dolls and toys show in Council Bluffs

1st Doll & Toy Show Saturday, Sunday at Western Historic Trails Center

(COUNCIL BLUFFS) – Holiday shoppers looking for that special gift may find it this weekend during a doll and toy show at the Western Historic Trails Center in Council Bluffs.

 The “1st Doll & Toy Show” will be 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Saturday and 10 a.m.-3 p.m. Sunday at the Western Historic Trails Center, 3434 Richard Downing Avenue in Council Bluffs. WHTC is located south of I-80 at the 24th Street exit (exit 1B). Call 712-366-4900 for more information.

 “This is a great opportunity to introduce children and grandchildren to your childhood memories,” WHTC Site Manager K.C. Hummel said. “Doll and toy dealers will have vintage and antique dolls and toys ranging from hard-to-find Barbie and antique Bisque dolls to GI Joes on display and for sale.”

 Hummel also said the Trails West Gift Shop will be open, and all sales are tax free.
