State Historical Museum cancels Tuesday’s breakfast for volunteers

(DES MOINES) – The State Historical Museum has canceled an appreciation breakfast for volunteers scheduled for 9 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 9, 2008, due to forecasts of severe weather. The breakfast will be rescheduled at a later date.

The State Historical Society of Iowa is a division of the Iowa Department of Cultural Affairs, and is a trustee of Iowa's historical legacy and an advocate for understanding Iowa's past.
