(COUNCIL BLUFFS) – The Western Historic Trails Center explores music and “Iowa YouTube” videos during its annual Creative Gathering Sept. 17-19, 2009, in Council Bluffs.
Creative Gathering kicks off 1-4 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 17, 2009, with Bread and Jam, a weekly event that invites the public to join an open musical “jam” and sample homemade bread. A second Bread and Jam session will be 7-9 p.m. Friday, Sept. 18, 2009.
Creative Gathering shifts into full gear at 1 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 19, 2009, with a journey inside the world of YouTube, a discussion of video production, and a look at a variety of Iowa-based YouTube videos featuring entertainment, travel, culture, attractions, historic events and more.
